Engr. Concepcion is a highly accomplished Civil Engineer, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from Central Luzon State University. With a proven track record, he demonstrates exception proficiency in utilizing engineering design and analysis software tools, including SAP 2000, ETABS Non-Linear, STAAD Dimensional Design and Analysis of Building Structures, and extensive expertise in MATHCAD calculations for design verification. With his hands-on experience, Engr. Concepcion has consistently delivered outstanding results in providing design and analysis across a wide range of projects types, including high and mid-rise buildings, commercial structures, industrial facilities, and civil works.  

MR. MICHAEL A. MALABANAN
STRUCTURAL DETAILER HEAD

Has years of experience for being hands-on and detail-oriented Detailer with expertise in advanced AutoCAD software. He developed several drawings, blueprints and other design documents for different types of projects such as high/mid-rise buildings, commercial buildings, residential buildings, resorts, and civil works.

Mr. Dela Cruz, is a skilled Detailer with over a decade of experience. He is proficient in a range of design software from SketchUp Pro to AutoCAD 2007 to advanced tools. He has consistently demonstrated his expertise in creating meticulous drawings, blueprints, and various design documents.
